You can prepare the green chutney in advance and when guest arrive u can prepare the dish in hurry.
  • ½ cup sprouts
  • ½ cup boiled potatoes cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 1tbsp chopped carrots
  • 1 tbsp casicum cut into small pieces
  • 2-3 tbsp green chutney
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1tbsp paneer grated
  1. Mix and serve and garnish with pomegranate seeds on top and grated paneer.
  2. the red and green colour combination looks appealing
