Paneer or Indian cottage cheese cooked along with green peas and fenugreek leaves (methi) in an amazing creamy mildly spiced gravy
  • Coconut Powder 2 Tablespoons
  • Cashew Nuts 5 Numbers
  • White Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Onion Paste 2 Tablespoons
  • Ginger Garlic Water 2 Tablespoons
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Paneer 250 Grams
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Green Peas 100 Grams
  • Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
  • Methi 2 Bunch
  • Cream 1 Tablespoons
  1. Heat oil in a pan add green chilly chopped, ginger garlic water, onion paste (onions boiled and make a paste) turmeric, salt,
  2. cook this for 4 minutes in a slow flame, add white pepper powder, paste of cashew nuts and coconut paste,
  3. water mix it and let it cook for 10 minutes,
  4. add green peas, paneer, cook this few minutes, add methi, garam masala powder,
  5. add cream mix it well and switch off the flame. Serve this with roti, naan, and phulkas.
