A yummy gravy curry with soya kheema with all the flavors and spiciness of Coconut, Poppy seeds, Garam masala and Coriander powder
  • Chickpea flour 1 Cup
  • Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Ginger garlic 2 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric 1 Teaspoons
  • Coriander powder 2 Teaspoons
  • Salt 1 0
  • Oil 1 0
  • Coconut pieces ¼ Cup
  • Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoons
  • Shahi jeera 1 Teaspoons
  • Onions 1 Numbers
  • Soya granules 1 Cup
  • Soda 1 Pinch
  • Green chillies 3-4 Numbers
  • Curd 1 Cup
  • Garam masala 1 Teaspoons
  • Coariander leaves 1 Bunch
  1. Soak soya granules in hot or cold water and strain the water. 2. Take this in a bowl and add chickpea flour, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and mix it once. 3. Again add soda and mix it again to make the dry batter. 4. Now make small dumplings and keep them aside. 5. Meanwhile the oil is getting hot prepare the gravy. 6. Dry roast dry coconut pieces and when the color changes transfer it in a blender. 7. Now dry roast poppy seeds and when the color changes add in a blender and make a fine paste by adding water into it. 8. For the gravy take oil in a hot pan and add shahi jeera, onions, salt and cook till it becomes brown. 9. When oil is hot deep fry the soya dumplings and take them out on tissue paper when they become golden brown. 10. Add ginger garlic paste in the onions, then turmeric, green chillies, coriander powder, coconut paste, curd and keep on stiring. 11. Add little water so that it cooks well. 12. When the gravy thickens add the soya dumplings, garam masala, fresh coariander leaves. 13. Mix it thoroughly and let it simmer for few more minutes. 14. Serve hot with rice or roti.
