Stuffed cabbage rolls is an Chinese recipe made with any vegetarian or non-vegetarian stuffing filled into the Chinese cabbage leave and steam cook it until done.
Ingredients
  • Whipped Egg 1 Numbers
  • Onion 1 Numbers
  • Ginger & Garlic Chopped 1 Teaspoons
  • Spring Onions 2 Tablespoons
  • Mix Vegetable ½ Cup
  • Chicken Mince 250 Grams
  • Chinese Cabbage Leaves 8 Numbers
  • Pepper Powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Soya Sauce ½ Teaspoons
  • Hoisin Sauce ½ Teaspoons
  • Butter 1 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Drop cabbage leaves into boiling water, cook for 3 minutes,
  2. and drain well. For filling take a bowl
  3. add chicken mince, mix vegetable, spring onion, chopped ginger and garlic, onion, whipped egg, pepper, Soya sauce, hoisin sauce, butter, mix it well, and stuff the mixture in the cabbage leaves, place the cabbage rolls on the steamer put the lid on let it steam for 15 minutes. Serve this with chilly sauce also.
