A fruit flavoured energetic milk shak e recipe, Fruity shake is full of fiber, calcium and vitamins. The banana based fruit shake also includes other fruits and milk and is best enjoyed chilled on a hot summer afternoon.
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • ½ cup chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
  • 2½ cups milk
  • 3 tsp sugar
  1. Peel the bananas and slice them.
  2. Add the rest of the fruits to it.
  3. Put in a mixer with milk and sugar and to make it shake and go on..have a drink!
