Recipe type: Breakfast
Really amazing breakfast...
- 3 eggs
- 7 breads
- ⅓ tsp dried oregano
- ⅓ tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
- salt to taste
- Break eggs into one bowl.
- Stir them and add pepper and salt and whisk well.
- Cut the bread from edge.
- On a pan add 1 tsp of oil and keep on stove on high power.
- Dip the bread in egg mixture and fry it on a pan.
- Pan fry properly from both sides.
- Sprinkle some oregano on it.
- Serve hot with coffee.
