Prepare the delicious Corn open sandwich with mashed spicy corn as filling on the bread slices. Find many more interesting vegetable and egg sandwich recipe.
  • 4 bread slices
  • 4 tsp butter
  • 2 corn (makai ke dane)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (til)
  • turmeric powder (haldi)
  • ½ cup coriander (dhania)
  • 4 cheese cubes
  • asafoetida (hing)
  1. Great the corn & cheeze
  2. Heat oil and add mustard seeds in to it
  3. When it crackels, add pinch of hing
  4. Then add turmeric powder and greated corn
  5. Add salt and milk . cover the lid and let it cook
  6. When it gets cooked, add sugar & green chilly
  7. On the other hand, apply butter on all the bread slice
  8. Make a toast on non-stick tava ( it should be softer than toast)
  9. Prepare all the breads like that
  10. Put a little portion of prepared corn
  11. Garnish it with corriender leaves, greated cheeze, sesame seeds.
