Rose flower halwa or gulkand ka halwa is an amazing sweet dessert made with rose petals cooked in sugar syrup (gulkand) with beetroot cooked and sweetened; garnished with roasted nuts.
  • Raisins 20 Grams
  • Pistachios 20 Grams
  • Almond 20 Grams
  • Cashew Nuts 20 Grams
  • Ghee 2 Tablespoons
  • Beet Root 250 Grams
  • Rose Petals 200 Grams
  • Sugar 250 Grams
  • Khoya 150 Grams
  • Cardamom Powder 10 Grams
  1. Heat ghee in a pan add cashew nuts, almond, pistachio , raisins, and add grated beet root and cook it for few minutes, add rose petals (use fresh rose petals for better flavor) mix it and put the lid on and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes add sugar, put the led on cook for 3 to 4 minutes, and add khoya, cardamom powder mix it well.
  3. Serve this with ice cream.
