A healthy breakfast recipe with nutritious red kidney beans.
Ingredients
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Rajma(soaked overnight and boiled in salt water) 1 Cup
  • Ginger 1 Teaspoons
  • onions 1 Numbers
  • green chillies 2-3 Numbers
  • curry leaves 1 Springs
  • potato(boiled) 1 Numbers
  • vermicelli(roasted) 1 Cup
  • cream 2 Tablespoons
  • Water as required 1 Cup
Instructions
  1. Take some oil in a hot pan and add mustard seeds cumin seeds. Once they splutter add ginger, onions and salt. Mix it thoroughly for 2mins. Now add curry leaves and green chillies. After cooking for 2mins add rajma, potato cubes and little water. Also add roasted vermicelli and little bit of water. Mix it well and let it cook with lid on it for 2-3 mins on slow flame. Add fresh cream and mix it. switch off the flame and let it rest for 1min and serve hot.
