Idli Manchurian is an Indo Chinese food recipe. This healthy recipe is very easy & quick to prepare.
Ingredients
- Soya sauce 1 Teaspoons
- Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
- MSG 1 Pinch
- Chilli paste ½ Teaspoons
- Tomato ketchup 1 Teaspoons
- Garlic (chopped) ½ Teaspoons
- Ginger ½ Teaspoons
- Green chilli 2 Numbers
- Onions (chopped) 1 Numbers
- Capsicum 1 Numbers
- Pepper powder ¼ Teaspoons
- Spring onions ½ Teaspoons
- Coriander (chopped) ½ Bunch
Instructions
- In a bowl add Soya sauce, vinegar, MSG, chilli paste, tomato ketchup and add some water mix it well. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped garlic and ginger, chopped green chillies, chopped onions, capsicum, saute it for a minute. 3. Add prepared sauce and some water mix it well cook it for 2-3 minute in a slow flame. 4. Add white pepper powder, idly cubes, mix it well. 5. Finally add chopped spring onions, coriander again mix it well. 6. Serve hot.
