Onion Kachori or commonly known as Pyaaz ki kachori is an amazing snack dish. This is made by stuffing a yummy onion mix in the kachori and fried.
Ingredients
  • TURMERIC ½ Teaspoons
  • AMCHUR POWDER 1 Teaspoons
  • CHILLY POWDER 1 Tablespoons
  • CHOPPED ONIONS 1 small Cup
  • SALT To Taste
  • MUSTERD SEEDS ½ Teaspoons
  • ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1 Cup
  • CHOPPED CORIANDER 1 Bunch
  • OIL FOR DEEP FRY
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and switched off the flame, add pinch of hing, onions and amchur powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt, ones the onions oozes out the moisture add some flattened rice in this mixture and finely chopped coriander.
  2. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour and 2 teaspoons oil and salt and then mix it, make soft dough. Divide the dough in to equal portions and spread it evenly, and take some mixture and stuff it and seal it and flatten the kachori like a disk .
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachori in a slow flam 10 to 12 minutes
