Soya granules mixed with boiled lobia and masalas to make delightful tikki’s go perfect with different kind of chutneys. A good snack with tea or coffee.
  • Rajma(lobia) 1 Cup
  • Turmeric ½ Teaspoons
  • Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Cumin powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Lemon juice 2 Teaspoons
  • Soya granules ¾ Cup
  • Salt 1 0
  • Oil 1 0
  • Phulkas 4-5 Numbers
  • Onion 1 Numbers
  • Tomato 1 Numbers
  1. Soak rajma overnight and boil it in the morning. 2. Mash this with your hand and add turmeric, red chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and mix it well. 3. Now add soya granules without any moisture which has been already soaked in water. 4. Also add salt and mix it thoroughly. 5. Make small tikki’s of any shape and keep aside. 6. Take some oil on a hot pan and pan fry these tikki’s. 7. Fry both the sides till they get nice color and transfer in a plate. 8. Serve with small phulka's and slices of onion and tomato on it.
