- ¼ cup chopped strawberries
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Combine the strawberries and sugar, lemon juice,cook in a deep pan and cook over medium flame until the jam thickens, while stirring continuously for 10 minutes.
- Keep this jam in a sealed container.
- You can keep this jam in the fridge for 8-10 days.
