Lobia Fry
  • Lobia 1 Cup
  • Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt 1 0
  • Cloves (crushed) 4 Numbers
  • Green chilli 3 Numbers
  • Onion (slices) 2 Numbers
  • Curry leaves 2 Springs
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Lime juice 2 Tablespoons
  1. Soak the lobia overnight and cook this in a pressure cooker by adding salt till it is 90% done. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, crushed cloves, green chilli, onion slices, salt, curry leaves, turmeric cook the onions till it gets brown in color. Add boiled lobia and squeeze some lime juice mix it well. Serve this with juice.
