Baby corn mint curry is a delicious Indian recipe, It is a aromatic combination of flavorful mint and sweet little.
  • Baby corn 200 Grams
  • Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoons
  • Cinnamon 2 Numbers
  • Cardamom 4 Numbers
  • Cloves 3 Numbers
  • Coriander seeds 1 Tablespoons
  • Dry coconut pieces 20 Grams
  • Dry coconut pieces 20 Grams
  • Shahi jeera ½ Teaspoons
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Onions 2 Numbers
  • Salt 1 0
  • green chilli 3 Numbers
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Mint leaves ½ Bunch
  • Red bell pepper 1 Numbers
  • Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Curd 1 Cup
  • Cream 3 Tablespoons
  1. Take baby corn and cut into small pieces. Heat a pan add poppy seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander seeds, dry coconut pieces dry roast all the ingredients and let it cool down then make it into a powder. Heat oil in a pan add shahi jeera, when they crackle add chopped onions, salt saute it till it is brown color. Now add chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, turmeric,mint leaves saute it for 2 minutes. Then add baby corn pieces, red bell pepper, red chilli powder and add prepared masala powder, curd and add required water mix it and cook till 80% done. After 10 minutes add cream mix it well and switch off the flame. Serve it with pulao.
