Transform kids lunches into something special with these clever Hawaiian-inspired rolls.
- 1 wholemeal bread roll
- 2 tbs grated cheddar
- 2 short-cut bacon rashers, cooked
- 1 slice canned pineapple
- Baby cos lettuce leaves
- Halve 1 wholemeal bread roll. Spread base with butter. Top with 2 tbs grated cheddar; baby cos lettuce leaves; 2 short-cut bacon rashers, cooked; and 1 slice canned pineapple. Top with remaining roll.
For a snack: Fuzzy banana: Toss sliced banana in desiccated coconut. Mix with sultanas.
