Badam Lauki ka Halwa

Lauki ka halwa is a very popular and traditional dessert, made all over India. Lauki or bottle gourd is a vegetable which is eaten in many of the families
- Sugar 250 Grams
- Lauki Grated 250 Grams
- Ghee ½ Cup
- Badam 100 Grams
- Khoya 200 Grams
- Cardamom Powder 1 Tablespoons
- First soak the almonds and remove the skin off it, put in a blender and make a coarse paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan add almond paste keep stir in a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes and add grated Lauki cook this for few minutes then add sugar, mix it well keep on stirring till mixture is dried out and add khoya, cardamom powder, mix it up and switch off the flame. Serve this hot.
