Mango Sour Cream Dessert

mango Shrikhand is a very popular Indian dessert made from strained yogurt. It is one of the main desserts in Maharashtrian and Gujarati cuisine. In Gujarati cuisine, shrikhand is eaten either as a side-dish with breads such as poori or as a dessert.
Ingredients
- Pistachios 10 Grams
- Mango Pulp 1 Cup
- Sugar Powder 1 Cup
- Hung Curd 1 Cup
Instructions
- Take curd put it in the muslin cloth fold it and hang them for 6 hours in the refrigerator,
- Take bowl add hung curd, sugar powder, mango pulp, mix it well and strain the mixture. Chill it and serve it cold.
