A tasty and yummy snack of long cooked noodles strung around potato slices, dipped in a batter of cornflour and deep fried.

- Peel the skin of alu and slice them into long and thin pieces
- Boil chienese noodles n drain the water add some corn flour to it and mix it evenly
- Now roll each noodles around each alu piece and fry deeply in the oil pan.
- This can be served along with tomato sauce.
