  • Cumin crushed 1 Teaspoons

  • All purpose flour 225 Grams
  • Salt 5 Grams
  • Water 125 ml
  • Dill leaves 1 Teaspoons
  • Coriander chopped 1 Bunch
  • Butter 15 Grams
  1. Take a bowl add water, salt, sugar, active east, mix thisnbsp;and add all purpose flour, crushed cumin, chilly flakes, green chilly chopped, dill leaves, chopped coriander,nbsp;mix it well and knead the dough for 5 minutes, rest it for 5 minutes after that add butter and knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes, rest it for 30 minutes,nbsp;then punch it and knead the dough and again rest it for 20 minutes, divide the dough into equal portions, make a roundels, transfer to the baking tray and cover with muslin cloth rest it for 15 to 20 minutes, then apply water wash on top,nbsp;bake them at 200c for 20 to 25 minutes, then apply the melted butter on top of the baked masala balls. Serve this hot.
