  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Corn ½ Cup
  • Paneer 250 Grams
  • Nut Meg Powder ¼ Teaspoons
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Ginger ½ Teaspoons
  • Garlic ½ Teaspoons
  • Cardamom Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Cumin Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • All Purpose Flour ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
  • Saffron ½ Pinch
  • Onions Chopped 2 Numbers
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, cardamom seeds, garlic, ginger, onions, sauté this and add all purpose flour, mix it and add milk, salt, green chilly, nut meg powder let this come to a boil then add corn (boiled), add paneer, chopped spring onions, chopped coriander, grated paneer, add saffron. Serve this with chapattis.
