Paneer Butter Pepper Fry – mildly spiced batter coated paneer deep fried until slightly browned and later tossed in some butter and pepper masala.
  • Butter 1 Tablespoons
  • Green Chilly 4 Numbers
  • Curry Leaves 1 Springs
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • All Purpose Flour 1 Tablespoons
  • Rice Flour 1 Teaspoons
  • Corn Starch 1 Teaspoons
  • Paneer 250 Grams
  • Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Pepper Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Oil For Deep Fry
  • Lime Juice 1 Teaspoons
  1. Take a bowl add corn starch, rice flour, all purpose flour, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, water, make a thick paste.
  2. Put the paneer pieces in the paste and coat the masala and deep fry them and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a pan add cury leaves, green chilly, butter sauté them and add coriander powder, chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and add fried paneer pieces toss it and sprinkle lime juice, coriander chopped and toss it.
