  • Gr Chilli 2 Piece
  • Hing Optional 1 Pinch
  • Curry Leaves 6 Leaf
  • Butter 1 Tablespoons
  • Oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Cumin Seeds 1 Pinch
  • Mustard Seeds 1 Pinch
  • Salt 1 Pinch
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Red Chilli 2 Piece
  • Garlic 4 Piece
  • Onion 1 Small
  • Dal 100 Grams
  • Cucumber 1 Numbers
  1. boil dal till it is cooked well.
  2. In a sauce-pan, heat 2 tsp oil and add red chilli to it the mustard seeds,and the cumin seeds.
  3. hing When the mustard seeds begin to splutter add garlic onion and the curry leaves, tomatoes and green chilly.
  4. add cucumber Cover and let it cook well till the tomatoes and cucumber are soft .
  5. Add the cooked dal and mix well. add butter Remove from fire and garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
