It’s a veg Keema curry that can be prepared quick for a Pulka combination,Black pepper combination makes you cold free if at all if you have any cold, Try this o a rainy evening along with some Pulka’s or parata’s.
  • Mealmaker Keema:1 cup
  • Onions:1 cup
  • Green chillies:2
  • Coriander Leaves: 2 stems
  • Ginger& garlic paste: 2 spoons
  • Turmeric Powder: ¼ spoon
  • Garam Masala:1 spoon
  • Black Pepper Powder:As required
  • Salt:As required
  • Oil: As required
  1. Switch on the stove,take a bowl and boil the meal maker keema in some water and keep aside
  2. On the other stove,take a pan and add ½ cup of oil,1 cup of onions and fry them well
  3. Add required salt,boiled mealmaker keema,1/4 spoon turmeric powder,2 spoons ginger& garlic paste and mix it well
  4. Add some coriander leaves and switch off the stove and serve hot with chapathis
