Moong Dal with Spicy Onion – Boiled grainy moong dal is a dry dish tossed well with some onions and spices added with moong dal.
  • Turmeric Pinch
  • Onion (medium Size) 2 Numbers
  • Salt To Taste
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Garlic Chopped ½ Teaspoons
  • Ginger Chopped ½ Teaspoons
  • Cumin Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Oil 1 Tablespoons
  • Moong Dal 100 Grams
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
  • Coriander Chopped ½ Bunch
  • Mint Leaves ½ Bunch
  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, Green chilly, slices of onions, salt, turmeric, sauté it for some time
  2. and add moong daal (boil the moong daal still grainy), chilly powder, garam masala powder, cook for some time and add chopped coriander, chopped mint leaves.
