Here is the recipe for a flavorful onion gravy that can be converted into many different dishes. so preparing and storing one when you have some spare time is a great idea. That way when you're ready all you do is add the meat or veggie to the gravy and cook through! This recipe makes enough gravy for a single dish.
  • Onion 1 Cup
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Dry Garam Masalas 3 each Numbers
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder pinch
  • Ginger-garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Green Chillies 3 Numbers
  • Water as needed
  • Methi Leaves 1 Cup
  • Curd ½ Cup
  • Lemon 1 Numbers
  • Chicken 500 Grams
  • Coriander Leaves 1 Bunch
  1. Take a pan add oil,dry masalas,onions chopped mix well add salt fry till onions are golden brown colour,Now remove the exess oil, then add turmuric,ginger garlic paste mix well, now add coriander powder,red chill, green chillies, if requried salt, mix well and add water as needed bring it to boil. onion gravy is ready.To this gravy add methi leaves, marinated chicken and cook till the chiken is done then add chopped coriander leaves. To mariante chicken, add curd,salt and lemon keep a side for 2hrs.
