Eggs are steamed and simmered in the gravy
  • Eggs 4 Numbers
  • Salt To taste 0
  • Pepper powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Onions (chopped) 1 Numbers
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Tomato puree ¼ Cup
  • Red chilli powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Cumin powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Bell pepper (each) 1 Numbers
  • Coriander ½ Bunch
  1. Take a bowl add eggs and beat nicely. To this add salt, pepper powder mix it well and pour this into the greased cake mould and steam it for 6 to 7 minutes. After 8 minutes remove the mould and cut the steamed egg into cubes. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions, salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric cook this till raw flavor is gone. Now add tomato puree, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and cook it for 5 minutes in a slow flame. Add three colors of bell pepper and add required water and put the lid on and cook till capsicums are 80% done. Add egg cubes, chopped coriander and put the lid on and cook foranother 2 minutes, then switch off the flame. Serve this with pulka, chapati or roti.
