This supercharged mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruit is a quick fix to sprinkle over fruit salad and yoghurt or boost your bircher muesli.
- ¼ cup linseeds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup unsalted pistachio kernels
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- Process linseeds, sunflower seeds and pistachio kernels in a food processor until finely chopped.
