This supercharged mix of nuts, seeds and dried fruit is a quick fix to sprinkle over fruit salad and yoghurt or boost your bircher muesli.
  • ¼ cup linseeds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup unsalted pistachio kernels
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  1. Process linseeds, sunflower seeds and pistachio kernels in a food processor until finely chopped.
