Cheese and Pepper Spread

Cheese and pepper spread is one of the easiest to make, and probably the most common too. It can be used for sandwiches, burgers, and just about any bread preparation.
- 3 cups readymade cheese spread
- 10⅔ tbsp finely chopped capsicum
- 1⅓ tsp prepared mustard paste
- salt and to taste
- Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Use as required.
Prepared mustard paste is readily available at provision stores.
