Cheese and pepper spread is one of the easiest to make, and probably the most common too. It can be used for sandwiches, burgers, and just about any bread preparation.
  • 3 cups readymade cheese spread
  • 10⅔ tbsp finely chopped capsicum
  • 1⅓ tsp prepared mustard paste
  • salt and to taste
  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Use as required.
Prepared mustard paste is readily available at provision stores.
