- 1 packet of bread
- 1 cup fresh cream
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- ½ cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 green chillies
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste
- oil for roasting
- Mix all the ingredients except bread very well.
- Spread the mixture on one bread and put other bread on it.
- Roast on tawa using oil till golden-brown on both the side.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
