Oats cooked with a lot of vegetables make a nutritious khichdi, which is very helpful for weight loss and a perfect health.
Ingredients
  • Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Onions 1 Numbers
  • Salt 1 0
  • Green chillies 2 Numbers
  • Turmeric ½ Teaspoons
  • Carrot 1 Numbers
  • Beans 2 Numbers
  • Tomato 1 Numbers
  • Oil 2 Teaspoons
  • Masoor dal(soaked overnight and boiled) 1 Cup
  • Lemon juice 1 Teaspoons
  • Oats 1 Cup
  • Mint ½ Bunch
Instructions
  1. Take some oil in a hot pan and add cumin seeds, onions, salt, green chilies, turmeric, carrot, beans, tomatoes and cook for a while. 2. Now add boiled masoor dal and mix it well. 3. Now add water, lemon juice, oats, mint leaves and mix thoroughly for 2-3 min. 4. Switch off the flame and enjoy hot.
