Idly upma is a very simple and delicious dish made with leftover idlis.
Ingredients
  • Idlys 2 Numbers
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Ginger (chopped) ½ Teaspoons
  • Onions (chopped) 1 Numbers
  • Salt 1 0
  • Green chillies 3 Numbers
  • Carrots 3 Numbers
  • Beans 3 Numbers
  • Curry leaves 2 Springs
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Green peas 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander (chopped ½ Bunch
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, chopped onions, salt, green chilli, saute it for few minutes then add finely chopped carrot, beans, curry leaves, turmeric, green peas, saute it for 2-3 minutes. 2. Add idly pieces mix it well. 3. Finally add chopped coriander, then switch off the flame. 4. Serve hot.
