  • 3 cups rava
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ¼ cup grated coconut
  • coriander leaves(chopped)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 3 cups butter milk
  • ½ cup oil
  1. Mix with rava all the above ingredients, then add butter milk and enough water to form a thick batter(like dosa batter).
  2. Heat tawa on medium heat.
  3. Sprinkle oil and spred it all over the pan and pour 1 ladle of batter, spread it into circle.
  4. After few minutes turn it over. Pour a little ghee around the edges. Fry until both the sides turns into golden brown, remove from the pan.Repeat the process for the rest of the batter.
  5. serve with pickle or Fresh Coconut chutney.
