Raw Rasam. Pachi Pulusu. This is a traditional Andhra recipe .This is basically a raw sweet ans sour soup.And can be prepared very easily which can be served with hot rice ,mudda pappu along with papads.
Ingredients
  • Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoons
  • Sugar 1 Teaspoons
  • Lemon Rind 1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin Seeds 1 Tablespoons
  • Onion 1 Numbers
  • Garlic 4 Numbers
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Tomato 2 Numbers
Instructions
  1. First roast the tomatoes, green chilly, garlic, open flame,
  2. Take a bowl add cumin seeds, roasted garlic, green chilly, pound it lightly add salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, and add lemon rind, and lemon juice, sugar, add chopped coriander, again pound it lightly, leave it refrigerator at least 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Prepare Rasam Take same salsa and add diluted tamarind juice, and salt.
  4. Serve hot with rice.
