normally no one make this combination chicken with brinjal but every one has to try this recipe it was aowsome taste an unbelivable flavour comes out of this dish and can serve with chapati or rice.
Ingredients
  • Tomatoes 4 Numbers
  • Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Turmeric Powder ¼ Teaspoons
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Onion Chopped 2 Numbers
  • Cumin Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
  • Egg Plant (green) 250 Grams
  • Chicken 500 Grams
  • Garam Masala 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, chopped onions, salt, cook this till onions are golden in colour,
  2. add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, cook till raw flavor is gone,
  3. add coriander powder, chilly powder, tomatoes, chicken pieces (chicken has been brined in salt water overnight so is nice and tender) cook it for 10 minutes and
  4. add egg plant (light green in colour), water, put the lid on and let it cook for 5 minutes,
  5. add garam masala powder, chopped coriander,
  6. put the lid on and switch off the flame
