Mutton with Peppers and Chironji is a traditional Indian recipe for a classic spicy stew of mutton with ground chironji nuts and black peppers. Lamb cooked with chironji and pepper Lamb pepper with Chironji.
  • Lamb - 1000 grams.
  • • Chironji - 2 tablespoons.
  • • Onions - 1 numbers.
  • • Pepper - 1 teaspoons.
  • • Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
  • • Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
  • • Red chillies or any chillies - 4 numbers.
  • • Oil - 3 tablespoons.
  • • Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoons.
  • • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
  • • Ginger garlic - 1 teaspoons.
  • • Tomatos puree - 1 numbers.
  • • Garlic - 5 numbers.
  • • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
  • • Salt - 0 to taste.
  1. Take a blender add dry spices,coriander powder,cumin seeds, red chillies,chironji make it into a paste by adding water and keep a side.
  2. In a pan add oil, cumin seeds, onions,salt and fry till light golden brown colour then add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, mix will then add the blended paste of chironji and mix will cook for 5min,then add tomatoes pure, cook till you see oil out and then add mutton or lamb,and salt cook till mutton is tender.
  3. Once the lamb is done take a non stick pan transfer the moisture from the Lamb and cook till it is thick, then add garlic and pepper just crush them and add, then add cooked lamb, cook till the mutton is golden brown colour in a slow flame.finish it of with chopped coriander.
