An East Asian chicken recipe, Chicken Manchurian is best paired with hakka noodles or fried rice. The chicken Manchurian balls are simmered in a delectable Chinese sauces laden gravy and then served hot.
  • 1 kg chicken
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp M.S.G
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste
  • 1 tsp ginger (adrak) paste
  • 4 tbsp tomato puree
  • 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 3 tsp chilly powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  1. In chicken add lemon juice, soya sauce, ajinomoto salt ,white pepper and vinegar.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until water dries.
  3. Now add garlic and ginger paste.
  4. Saute it for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add tomato ketchup and a pinch of red food color and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add chicken stock and let it dry
  7. Serve it with rice.
