Tahini sauce is a popular sauce/ dressing used in lebanese cuisine made using sesame seeds. This sauce is made with a mix of sesame seeds, garlic, salt and olive oil that is nicely blended and used as a topping on many non-vegetarian dishes. Serve with some great falafel, shawarma or rotis.
- Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons.
- • Chopped garlic - 1 tablespoons.
- • Salt - to taste.
- • Sesame seeds - 1 cup.
- • Olive oil - 3 tablespoons.
- Raw Sesame seeds, salt, water, chopped garlic, lemon juice all of them together make a fine paste in blender, add olive oil mix it well.
