  • Green Chili 2 Numbers
  • Asafoetida (Hing) 1 Pinch
  • Coriander ½ Bunch
  • Cumin Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Pepper Corns ½ Teaspoons
  • Ginger (Chopped) ½ Teaspoons
  • Curry Leaves (Chopped) 2 Springs
  • Coconut (White Part) 1 Teaspoons
  • Sugar ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt . To Taste
  • Baking Soda 1 Pinch
  • Rice Flour 2 Tablespoons
  • Yogurt/ Curd 2 Tablespoons
  • Lime Juice 1 Tablespoons
  • All Purpose Flour 1 Cup
  1. Take a bowl, add chopped green Chili, Asafoetida, chopped coriander, cumin seeds, pepper corns, chopped ginger, finely chopped curry leaves, chopped white coconut, sugar, salt, baking soda, rice flour, curd, lime juice and add some water mix it well.
  2. Add oil, all-purpose flour and mix it like a batter and make small dumplings and drop into hot oil, deep fry them till they get a nice color.
  3. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato chutney.
