Khakhra Sandwich (Healthy & easy option)
- Rectangle khakhras - easily available in market
- Fresh paneer (cottage cheese)
- Fresh Pudina chutney
- Tomato ketchup
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- Take two pieces of khakhra, apply pudina chutney on one and tomato ketchup on another.
- Cut onion and tomatoes in small pieces and spread it across any one khakhra piece. Slice paneer into thin layer and add.
- Combine both pieces of khakhra like a sandwich & Enjoy!
