  • 2 cups hot chorizo (paprika sausage) cut into ½ inch chunks
  • 2 cups scallops
  • 1 large green tomato (2 inch chunks)
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 heaping tbsp. smoked paprika
  • ½ cup olive oil
  1. Mix everything together and let sit 15 minutes. Thread onto skewers and bbq on high for 3 minutes a side.
