  • 1) All purpose flour : 250 grams
  • 2) Grated coconut : 2 cups
  • 3) Sugar 250 grams
  • 4) white sesame seeds : 1 cup
  • 5) Cardamom powder : 2 spoons;
  • 6) Ghee : 250 grams
  • 7) Refined oil : 500 ml
  1. ) Fry the sesame seeds and coconut powder (fresh) in ghee separately
  2. ) Add ghee to the all purpose flour and prepare thik poori dough
  3. ) Add sugar and cardamom powder to coconut powder and add sesame seeds also. Mix thoroughly
  4. ) Add remaining ghee to the mixture and mix well
  5. ) Make pooris with all purpose flour dough
  6. ) Prepare small balls of the mixture, put them each in the middle of each poori and close side wise
  7. ) seal the edges and deep fry until brown in oil.
  8. ) Serve Hot
