Taro root (Arbi) tikki is one of the most tastiest kebab which just tastes like any non veg kebab. Its a very easy and tasty snack recipe with its own crispiness.
  • Taro root 1 Cup
  • Green gram sprouts(crushed) ¼ Cup
  • Carrot(Finely chopped) ¼ Cup
  • Onion(Finely chopped) ¼ Cup
  • Ginger(Finely chopped) 1 Teaspoons
  • Garlic(Finely chopped) 1 Teaspoons
  • Green chilly(Finely chopped) 1 Teaspoons
  • Mint(Finely chopped) ½ Bunch
  • Coriander leaves(Finely chopped) ½ Bunch
  • Salt 1 0
  • Cumin powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Garam masala ½ Teaspoons
  • Roasted chana dal powder ½ Cup
  • Lemon juice 2 Teaspoons
  • Oil 1 0
  1. Boil taro root and peel out its skin. 2. Grate it finely. 3. Add crushed green gram sprouts. 4. Add chopped carrot, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilly, mint, coriander, salt, cumin powder, garam masala, roasted chana dal powder, lemon juice and mix it thoroughly. 5. Make small dumplings and tikki’s with it by dipping hand into water. 6. Now add oil in the hot griddle to shallow fry the tikki’s. 7. Press them with a spoon to make crispy and more effective. 8. Cook them both the sides and transfer in a plate when they turn golden color. 9. Serve hot.
