  • Rice 3 Cup

  • Potato 250 Grams
  • Cauliflower Florets 250 Grams
  • Green Peas ½ Cup
  • Green Chilly 2 Numbers
  • Salt To Taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tablespoons
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Cumin Powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander Powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Whole Garam Masala (all) 2 Numbers
  • Kasoori Methi 2 Teaspoons
  • Chilly Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Yogurt 1 Cup
  • Fried Onions ½ Cup
  • Ghee 2 Tablespoons
  • Shahi Jeera 1 Teaspoons
  • Onions 1 Numbers
  • Mint Chopped 1 Bunch
  • Coriander Chopped 1 Bunch
  1. Heat oil in a big pan and add whole garam masala, Shahi jeera, onions, sauté onions for 1 minute, add turmeric, ginger garlic paste, salt, reduce the flame and add green chilly, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, add yogurt , chopped mint, chopped coriander, potatoes, dried kasoori methi, lid on and cook for some time, add water, cauliflower, green peas, and rice (soak the rice for 1 hour) put the lid on and cook for this first 5 minutes put high flame and then put it in a low flame. Add some ghee, fried onions, put the lid on. and switch off the flame. Serve this hot with raita.
