Capsicum In South Style

A vegetable preparation with a traditional South Indian style of cooking, Capsicum in south style is best relished with steamed rice. The capsicum is cooked with coconut paste and made flavourful with garlic, hing and tamarind water.
- 3 large sized capsicums
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- to be grounded after roasting them slightly(1tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds , 3 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , 1 tsp. corainder and cumin seeds (jeera)
- 2 tbsp oil
- Take a pan and put the oil, roast the grated coconut till light brown then add sliced capsicum and fry for sometime then add sliced tomatoes and cover andd cook for sometime and when cooked fry till it leaves little oil, then add salt and the ground masalasand fry for 3 minutes.the subji is ready.
