  • 1 cup turdal
  • 5 red chillies
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • Seasoning
  • urad dal, curry leaves,hing.oil
  1. Firstly roast the turdal untill it becomes golden brown and leaves a nice aroma. then grind this dal with the redchillies and jeera, add water and grind it to a smooth paste. in a pan add oil and add the seasoning and this paste and keep stirring it untill it comes to a boil and thickens. Then serve this with hot rice and ghee.
