Ingredients
  • 100 gm moong dal
  • 200 gm chopped tomatoes
  • 3 green chillies
  • ½ kg cooked spinach paste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 4 dried red chillies
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 2 diced onions
  • 4 tbsp cooked corn kernels
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Boil moong dal along with tomatoes and green chillies.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, cumin seeds, red chillies and garlic. Saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix the cooked dal with the spices and bring to a boil. Stir in spinach and season well. Finally add cooked corn kernels.
  4. Serve hot with steamed rice.
