Parsley Yoghurt Spread

This healthy spread is made with yogurt and parsley and is a refreshing change to the normal chutney used as a spread.
- 1 cup low fat curds (dahi)
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
- 1½ tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
- salt to taste
- Hang the curds in a muslin cloth for 15 to 20 minutes till it is thick.
- Add all the other ingredients to this hung curd and blend in a mixer till it is smooth.
- Serve chilled.
