Exam Bhel

Exam times can be testing on the eyes. We developed this recipe entirely by chance. The computer drew up a list of nutrients needed for healthy eyes. And lo and behold, Exam Bhel was born !
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp peanuts, boiled
- 4 tbsp moong sprouts
- 4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
- 4 tbsp chopped apples
- 2 tbsp chopped raw mango
- 4 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
- 16 tbsp orange segments
- 1 cup puffed rice (kurmura)
- 4 tbsp finely chopped corriander (dhania)
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
- To serve
- Sweet Chutney
- Green Chutney
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
