Honey Banana Shake

A delectable shake that will instantly refuel a tired child once he's back from school.
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup fresh thick curds (dahi)
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 crushed ice-cubes
- Combine the curds, banana and honey and blend in a blender until smooth.
- Add the crushed ice cubes and milk and blend again for a few seconds.
- Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
